The stunning Roseland Peninsula really
does have something for everyone. Our mild climate allows
the growth of many unusual and exotic plant species
and it is a birdwatcher's paradise.
Quiet sandy beaches and coves are close
by, perfect for children and offering that nostalgic
trip back to the beach holiday we all remember.
If you enjoy walking, the coast path is
only minutes from our door. Many good walks start right
here. The sheltered waters are ideal for sailing, windsurfing
and canoeing and hire and tuition are available nearby.
The Roseland is home to the sort of locations
that dreams are made of, like the tranquil waterside
setting of St Just-In-Roseland Church - havens where
you can relax and truly unwind.
Picturesque coastal villages offer superb
dining in pubs and restaurants, together with galleries,
potteries and craft shops. For the best Cornish produce,
visit the local farm shops and farmers' markets. The
fishing village of Portscatho, one mile away, has an
excellent village shop.
