Home cooked food Pollaughan - Making cottage holidays easy and relaxing on the Roseland Peninsula
Aga - cooked meals freshly prepared and ready to serve.

We are passionate about providing fresh seasonal food which we source locally wherever possible from farmers who we know and trust. Chicken will be Free Range. Do let us know of any dietary requirements. All meals are delivered in china dishes ready to serve with fresh vegetables where appropriate, Served between 6.30 and 8 pm.

We are happy to do children’s portions at half price, or not at all if requested, otherwise all meals will be charged as per occupancy of the cottage. Menu choices need to be one per cottage, individual portions are not available however sometimes we can be flexible on this depending on other cottage orders.

Friday and Saturday arrival meal choices are limited due to our change over day duties ! and must be booked by phone or email at least one week before arrival and we will confirm back to you if they are going to be available. They will be delivered to you at an agreed time or can be left in the cottage ready for you to eat/ re-heat depending on when you arrive.

The availability of meals and menu for Monday - Thursday will be in your cottage on arrival (sample menu below) and they will need to be ordered by Sunday evening. The menu changes once a week.

All meals are cooked to order by Valerie or Tim and whilst we will always endeavour to fulfil your requirements, family and farm commitments may result in occasions when we cannot provide meals. The meals service is NOT available on Sundays, Bank Holidays or over the Christmas and New Year Weeks.

Please be aware that credit/debit cards will not be accepted for meals and the bill must be settled on the evening before departure at the latest. Once ordered, meals must be paid for even if not taken.

 

Friday and Saturday Menu - all are meals which won’t spoil if your journey doesn’t go to plan.

Cottage Pie - £9.00 per person (half price for children if specified)

Chicken/Beef Hot Pot - £9.00 per person (half price for children if specified)

Vegetable Hot Pot - £9.00 per person (half price for children if specified)

Large Mixed Salad Bowl with crusty bread - £10.00 / person
Cornish Cheeses Selection or Thick sliced Ham or Prawn and Smoked Salmon

Cakes - These can be pre - ordered ready for your arrival or for delivery to you during the week. Please don’t forget to let us know if it’s for a birthday so we can make it special for your child.

Chocolate, Victoria, Orange, Lemon or Coffee Sponge cake – all approx 7 inches diameter - £8.00

Traditional Aga Roast of the Day - £10.00 or Vegetable Bake- £8.00

Thursday
