This big, beautifully restored barn, is fully centrally heated and double glazed and gives you bags of space inside with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Each of those three bedrooms has a 6ft or twin-bed option, and the equipment and facilities throughout are as you'd expect in a cottage of this quality, complemented by a fantastic south-facing view (over the lake and fields) and a safely-fenced level garden, with patio, and lawn and garden furniture.

Toddlers will find a few toys and books: grown ups will find things like books, maps, the dvd stock list, games, the wi-fi code (just in case you have to keep in touch with the outside world), tea and coffee, treats and if you have asked for one... a cake, a cream tea or large bowl of fruit!

You'll find the kitchen is very well equipped as you would have at home.... a dishwasher, washerdryer, fridge freezer, microwave and separate oven and hob ensure chores can be kept to a minimum.You will find sparkly clean bathrooms complete with handmade Cornish organic soap. We think showers should be powerful, hot and relaxing and you just can't do that in a tardis style cubicle, so we have a lovely open wet room and, if one of your family happens to be a bit too old and stiff to get in the bath or maybe one of you has a wheelchair, it's easy peasy bathing...

The lake and its visiting wildlife are there, yes, right in front of you... just over the wooden picket fence (so you can be relaxed knowing the children are completely safe) while enjoying feeding the ducks over the fence.
