Pollaughan is about relaxing and unwinding
here on the Roseland. You can do nothing at all or be
fully active, whichever you like.
Our optional meals service (which is going down a storm)
means you don't have to lift a finger in the kitchen
and there are no arguments about who is doing the driving!
We offer a truly idyllic and peaceful setting where
everyone can enjoy real tranquillity and the very special
environment here.
Surrounded by 22 acres of meadows, with a wildlife
lake, where you can sit and while away the hours watching
swallows dipping and dragonflies buzzing, it is a timeless
environment.
Should you feel the need for some activity, we have
an ALL WEATHER TENNIS COURT and Tim is always keen to
play if you need an opponent! Sailing and windsurfing
hire and tuition are available locally, there is a squash
court in Portscatho and fishing and golf can be arranged
nearby.
The stunning coast path is arguably the finest in Cornwall
and is a paradise for serious walkers, relaxed wanderers
and birdwatchers.
Picturesque villages are packed with art and craft
galleries and the restaurants and pubs provide everything
from fine dining to good pub grub!
Al-fresco dining at the famous Hotel Tresanton in St
Mawes is an unforgettable experience, but then so is
an evening picnic by the sea, watching the sun go down.
The choice is yours.
